"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Tunisia Hopkins at State Farm. As someone who has owned and operated an insurance agency for many years, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and communication. For over two weeks, I have been emailing Ms. Hopkins to cancel a rental dwelling policy due to a sale, but I have received zero responses. I contacted customer service, only to be told that she would need to backdate the cancellation and that they couldn't assist me. This level of disregard for client communication is beyond unacceptable. When we switched to State Farm from another provider, it was primarily due to pricing, even though we had been with Farmers for 15 years and received amazing customer service there. Unfortunately, the reviews I read about Ms. Hopkins did not match my experience at all. I am baffled as to who writes these glowing reviews because my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I am now in the process of switching agents. This experience has been a clear indication that this level of service is unacceptable. Please don't dismiss this review as bashing your business, as you have done with other one-star reviewers. I have email proof of your poor communication, including the fact that waiting three months for a policy update is considered perfectly fine in your view. I believed everything had been issued, only to discover that it was still in underwriting and I had not been notified. I strongly advise others to consider these issues before choosing this agent. Customer service is crucial in the insurance industry, and unfortunately, Ms. Hopkins has failed to deliver it."
